How we work together

The rules of the road, in plain English. Last updated August 15, 2026.

Who these apply to

These terms cover this website and any residential cleaning work Bigfoot Cleaning Solutions, LLC performs for you. If you've signed a separate written agreement with us — a quarterly service agreement or a commercial contract — that document controls wherever it differs from this page.

Quotes and prices

Prices published on this site are real and current. The instant quote tool gives you a price based on the square footage in county records and the details you enter, and that's the price we honor for a standard home matching that description.

A few things can change a number, and when they do we tell you before we start, never after:

  • Pane count materially different from what the home's size suggested.
  • Existing hard water mineral buildup, which is a restoration job rather than a cleaning, and is always quoted separately.
  • Access we can't safely work with — blocked windows, unsafe footing, or glass that needs equipment beyond what a normal visit calls for.

You are free to decline the revised price and we'll leave without charging you.

Scheduling and weather

We'll text ahead of a visit and again when we're on the way. We reschedule for freezing temperatures, high wind, and rain, because those make for bad results. Rescheduling — by us or by you — is free.

Access and your property

To do the work we need gate access, notice of any pets, and ideally the sprinklers off the morning of service. Please tell us about anything fragile, anything already damaged, or any window that's known to be cracked or in poor condition. We'll inspect and flag what we see, but we can't be responsible for pre-existing damage we weren't told about and couldn't reasonably spot.

Recurring plans

The twice-a-year and quarterly plans are a discount for booking recurring visits, not a contract you're locked into. Either side can cancel at any time, with no fee and no penalty. We don't re-bill past visits at a higher rate if you stop. If you leave a plan and come back later as a one-time job, that visit is billed at the standard rate, because the discount reflects a maintained home.

Payment

Payment is due after each visit. Card, check, or Venmo. We don't take deposits or prepayment on residential work. Invoices left unpaid for an extended period may pause future service until they're settled.

If something goes wrong

Tell us before we leave, or call the same day, and we'll come back and make it right. We're licensed and fully insured, and we'll provide the certificate of insurance on request. If we damage something, tell us right away so we can document it and involve our insurer.

What we can be responsible for is the work we performed. We aren't responsible for problems that existed before we arrived, for failures of the building itself, or for indirect losses beyond the cost of the service.

Photos of the work

We take before-and-after photos on some jobs, mostly gutters, so you can see what we did. If you'd rather we didn't use a photo of your property anywhere public, say so and we won't.

This website

We work hard to keep prices, service areas, and guides accurate, but content here is informational. Guides about hard water, ladder safety, and maintenance timing are general advice, not a professional inspection of your specific home. The brand, logo, photography, and written content on this site belong to us.
