The last thing before you hand over the keys

Construction-clean windows on a schedule that matches your closing dates — label adhesive, stucco splatter, paint overspray, and the film nobody else gets off.

Who this is for

Builders & General Contractors

Home builders, general contractors, and remodelers handing over finished work.

You're days from a walk-through and the windows still have manufacturer labels, mortar spray, and a haze the framing crew left behind. It's the first thing a buyer touches and the fastest way to make finished work look unfinished.

Glass that matches the quality of the rest of the build, done on your date, so the walk-through is about the house and not about the windows.

What's included

Here's exactly what you get

How often

Finding the right rhythm

Per job, scheduled to your handover date. Repeat builders get first call on dates.

We'll recommend a rotation after the walk-through and adjust it once we've seen how the property actually behaves through a season. Nothing is locked in.

Why people stay

What it's like once we're on the schedule

Post-construction is genuinely different work — it's scraping and chemistry, not soap and a squeegee, and doing it wrong scratches glass you'd then have to replace. It's already one of our five core services, and Syracuse's new-build density means we do a lot of it.

Questions

Straight answers

Can you hit our closing date?
Tell us the date when the job is booked and we'll schedule backward from it. Builders working with us regularly get first call on the tight weeks.
Will scraping labels and overspray scratch the glass?
Not when it's done correctly, which is why this is a specialty rather than an add-on. Tempered glass in particular is more prone to scratching than people expect, so the method is chosen per pane and per contaminant.
Do you price per job or per pane?
Per job, quoted from the plans or a walk of the site, so the number goes on your bid sheet cleanly.
Can you do multiple homes in one subdivision?
Yes, and it's the most efficient way to run it — one trip, several closings, better pricing for you.
