Sparkling, streak-free windows without you ever touching a ladder. We're a family-run cleaning company in Syracuse, and our crew handles the high, awkward glass most people can't safely reach themselves.
The upstairs ones especially. The ladder's in the garage, the weather's never quite right, and somehow it's been two years since you could really see the mountains from the kitchen sink.
Hand it to us. It takes one visit.

We recently had our Christmas tree lights restrung by Joe Dunford of Bigfoot Cleaning, and we couldn't be happier. Joe was very responsive, pleasant, and incredibly knowledgeable, making the entire process easy and enjoyable. He is truly the Paul …
Joe and his team do such an amazing job! My windows were sparkling and they even got rid of my hard water spots. I love being on the subscription and getting my windows cleaned 4 times a year! Trustworthy and professional!!!
As a Realtor, I sometimes need to help my sellers clear away years of clutter and debris before we can sell their property to prospective buyers. When a property becomes too much for my clients and I to manage alone, I call Bigfoot Cleaning Soluti…
Fill out the form or text us. Takes about thirty seconds — and no, you don't need to know how many windows you have.
On time, with the gear, and with a guy tall enough that most second-story glass never needs a ladder.
You get the clean house and the weekend back. We text you when we're done.
No phone call, no sales visit, no obligation.
Joe Dunford is 6'11". He and his wife Celly built Bigfoot Cleaning Solutions out of Syracuse, and the name isn't a marketing gimmick — he genuinely is a big foot.
He started this company reaching the glass nobody else wanted to deal with. These days he's mostly running and training the crew rather than climbing himself, but the standard he set is the whole point: the high, awkward panes get the same care as the ones by your front door.
And whoever's on the ladder, it isn't you. Federal safety data attributes roughly 34,000 emergency-room-treated ladder-fall injuries a year, and about half happen from heights of just six to ten feet. That's second-story and gutter height. Let our people do that part.

Then they find out we do the gutters too. And the Christmas lights. And the list on the fridge.
Inside, outside, screens and tracks — cleaned by hand, dried streak-free, and finished by a guy who can reach your second story without a ladder.
