Who we are

What we collect
Only what we need to give you a price and do the work:
- What you tell us. Your name, phone number, email address, service address, and details about your home — size, number of stories, what you want cleaned, and any notes you add.
- Public property records. Our instant quote tool looks up the square footage of the address you enter using the Davis County public parcel records service. That's public data, we don't store anything beyond the square footage and the address you already gave us, and it exists so you get an exact price without a salesperson standing in your driveway.
- Basic technical information. Your browser type and the page you submitted from, so we can tell a real request from a bot and fix things that break.
We do not collect payment card numbers on this website. Payment happens after the visit, in person or through a payment provider that handles the card details directly.
What we use it for
- Preparing your quote and scheduling your visit.
- Texting or emailing you about your own job — confirmations, on-the-way notices, and when we've finished.
- Sending an invoice and, after a completed visit, a request for a review. You can say no to the review request and it stops.
- Keeping our own records of work performed, which we need for insurance and for warranty questions later.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share it with marketing companies, lead brokers, or data resellers. We don't run advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts on this site.
Who else touches it
Only the services required to actually run the business, and only for that purpose:
- Our website and database hosting provider, which stores the request you submit.
- Our email and text-message delivery providers, for messages about your job.
- Our payment processor, when you pay.
- Anyone we're legally required to give it to — a court order, a subpoena, or a genuine safety emergency.
Texts and emails
When you give us your phone number, you're agreeing that we can text you about your job — scheduling, arrival, and completion. Reply STOP to any message and we'll stop texting you. Standard message and data rates from your carrier apply. Marketing emails, if we ever send them, always carry an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing never affects service messages about a job you've booked.
Cookies
This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. The customer portal and our internal office tool use a single sign-in cookie so you don't have to log in on every page. That's it.
How long we keep it
Customer and job records stay as long as you're a customer and for a reasonable period afterward, because warranty questions, insurance, and tax records all require it. Quote requests that never turn into a job are cleared out once they're clearly stale.
Your choices
Ask us and we'll tell you what we have on you, correct anything that's wrong, or delete what we're not legally required to keep. Call or text (801) 698-9900 or email hello@bigfootcleaningsolutions.com. We're a small local company — a real person will handle it, and there's no form to fill out.
Children
This site is for homeowners and businesses hiring a cleaning service. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Material changes get called out rather than quietly slipped in.
